Abuse and vetting and barring

Most hospices will know that the old schemes for reporting and checking up on people who may have abused children or vulnerable adults have been combined under the Independent Safeguarding Authroity. the new vetting and barring scheme has been introduced, to much concern about people giving friends children lifts to football matches.
